Magnesium chloride, extracted from a layer 1 mile deep in North Holland, has been naturally compacted and purified for 250 million years.
Magnesium, which is sprayed directly onto the skin, is absorbed into the porous epidermis and into the blood vessels and muscles.
With enough magnesium, your body is more flexible, less tired, and better at healing.
- Spray 5-10 times over the whole body and massage. It is good to use oil after a shower or bath, as the skin is then warm and the pores open, which helps the magnesium absorb better.
- Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas, such as around the eyes. The oil should be applied primarily to the joints and muscles and other areas of concern. Can also be used during pregnancy. The oil can be used at any age, but we recommend halving the amount for children – their daily requirement for magnesium is not as high as for adults.
- The eight sprays of magnesium oil contain about 100 mg of pure magnesium.
- Magnesium sting. You may feel a slight tingling or tingling the first time you use it. This may be a sign of the body’s lack of magnesium and is due to the rapid absorption of magnesium into the skin. With regular use, the stinging goes away. Because magnesium begins to be absorbed immediately, you can use a towel to dry the skin after oil has been added.
